From a Small Denver Team to an Industry Leader
Founded in 2014 by Michael Vance and Sarah Okafor, Helix Build Technologies was born from a simple observation: two of the world's most critical industries — construction and healthcare — were being underserved by generic software that didn't understand their unique challenges.
Starting with a small team of 8 in a Denver co-working space, they built their first product, SpanPro, which helped a regional contractor reduce project overruns by 34%. That client-first philosophy has never changed.
Today, Helix Build Technologies serves 350+ clients across North America, with a team of over 120 engineers, product managers, and industry specialists who speak the language of construction and healthcare — because many of them came from those industries themselves.
